Through a computer control, complex jacquard patterns and characters are easily woven on both elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics. Simply input the program file via the USB port, and the loom will automatically create the expected pattern during the weaving process. • Highly Efficient Jacquard Loom

  The highly efficient jacquard loom series uses an electromagnetic needle selection and magnetic selection unit driven by a solenoid valve for a complete needle selection process. The weaving efficiency and the finished fabric quality are both significantly improved in doing so. The production speed exceeds 1200r/minute, with the woven cloth featuring a delicate, smoother appearance to meet the production requirements for heavier woven fabrics with a higher density. Based on the number of latch hooks, we have developed the following ribbon weaving machines:

• Flexible machine speed on the control panel. Easy to operate.
• The jacquard head is mounted on the middle bracket. It features a simple structure that is easy to install and dismount.
• The independent control cabinet features a built-in data system that makes it easy to program and design jacquard patterns. It’s also very easy to modify the patterns, users simply input the data via the keyboard, or read the prewritten pattern data through the USB port.
• 10,000 wefts memory capacity, compatible with various CAD file formats, including JC5, EP, UPT, and DAT.
• The operating screen displays real time production schedules and output of each shift. When the real output achieves the target output, the jacquard loom will automatically stop.
• The electronic ribbon weaving machine will record and export the preset production specifications at any time. The system will automatically back up all data in the event of a power outage.
• Wifi compatibility can be equipped upon request. Users can obtain production status and real time output through their cell phone or computer to allow for a better planning of the delivery cycle.
