Needle Loom, Shuttleless Loom

The needle loom is designed for weaving high-quality narrow fabrics with high requirements, including elastic and non-elastic woven tapes, such as underwear lace bands, elastic ribbons, satin ribbons, zipper webbings, safety belts, shoelaces and more. The high-performance needle loom is widely used for the production of clothing, hats, hair accessories, gift décor, shoes, and more.

The needle loom is equipped with double weave, double hook and double weft functions for significant economic benefits. The ribbon weaving machine features an automatic weft thread transport device and two-speed brake motor, allowing operators to easily regulate the weft thread and fabrics without having to stop the machine. This makes the needle machine particularly useful for the production of underwear lace bands, shoulder tapes, and zipper tapes.

• The pattern chain is attached using a latch, making it steady, durable, and easy to dismount. This makes it ideal for high speed operations.
• Open harness frames are pulled using a rubber spring to reduce stress to the harness frame on the cutter and improve overall equipment stability and durability.
• An automatic recirculated oil supply device improves the lubrication performance between the cutter and the pattern chain, thus increasing the service life and automatic oil circuit failure detection.
• Optional double hook single needle or double hook multi-needle devices are available for customers to choose from, and are suitable for weaving of underwear tapes, shoulder tapes, curtain tapes and other applications.
• PC control circuit allows for a more humanized performance, including automatic display while motor starting, machine stopping, weft or warp breaking. Output will be automatically calculated. The machine will recover to the previous status after down-time.
• Wifi compatibility is available upon request, allowing users to receive real time production status and output via a smart phone or computer, thereby assisting users in better planning their delivery period.
