Narrow fabric loom is suitable for light to medium-weight elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics. The weaving machine is designed with 53cm in width, and can weave 6 tapes at one time, each with max. width of 42mm.
The KTNFB53-6/42-20 needle loom is suitable for the manufacturing of high-quality elastic or non-elastic woven tapes, such as elastic ribbons for lingerie, elastic belts, curtain belts, hook and loop fasteners, webbing strap, ribbon, shoelaces, and more. This ribbon weaving machine is widely used in clothing, hat, hair accessory, gift, bag and suitcase and other industries.
With a streamlined and advanced design, the KTNFB53-6/42-20 needle loom is designed to increase the production efficiency and yield at minimum maintenance costs. The fabric removal device uses a belt drive that results in a lower friction, vibration, and abrasion compared to a turbine drive, and ensures the equipment is operator friendly, and allows for a simple, flexible regulation of the weft density.
